Imaging Software Engineer

Comprehensive digital pathology solutions and advanced microscopic imaging systems will be at the core of On-Q-ity's emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will assist in the selection, design, creation, development and implementation of high-performance imaging systems for digital pathology and Circulating Tumor Cell imaging. The successful candidate will utilize expertise in software engineering, image processing, systems engineering skills, and contribute as a member of a highly collaborative team to work on the infrastructure for image processing and analysis. The ideal candidate should have both a solid practical background (demonstrated by several years of experience developing commercial applications) with extensive experience in medical imaging software development. The Imaging Software Engineer will develop systems and processes related to digital imaging, image processing and analysis. The primary task will require building a scalable clinical imaging system capable of handling significant amounts of data for internal application. The Candidate will actively participate in R&D efforts in developing computer aided image analysis algorithms.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • MS or higher degree in engineering, physics, or math, with 3-5+ years experience in development and implementation of image processing and pattern recognition algorithms

Lead Research/Clinical Pathologist

On-Q-ity is searching for a Lead Research/ Clinical Pathologist to join its R&D team. We are in the forefront of applying the latest pathology techniques to biomarker development. This team is involved in discovering biomarker patterns, conducting analysis of human tumor samples in both retrospective and prospective clinical studies, guiding biomarker characterization and algorithm development. The successful candidate will provide input regarding pathological data and study design, play a lead role in guiding the utilization of automated digital pathology platforms, prepare study documents and co-author On-Q-ity discoveries as part of our internal efforts and external collaborations.

Tissue Culture Senior Research Associate/Scientist

Histotechnologist
